Intentional Nurturing

Intentional Nurturing seeks to strengthen the foundation of Christian homes and children’s ministries so that the next generation is firmly rooted in Christ.

a. Children Workers Training

Practical workshops equipping teachers and children’s workers to lead effective, Bible-based ministries for children. Training covers discipline, classroom management, Sunday school organization, parent–teacher collaboration, child protection policies, teacher development, discipling special needs children, and building a discipling culture. The aim is to raise teachers who nurture children in the Word and in godliness.

b. Intentional Parenting

Biblically grounded seminars designed to help parents build Christ-centered homes. Topics include:

Discipline, discipleship culture, conflict resolution, family values, children and money, peer pressure, and healthy parent–child relationships. We remind parents that the home is like a factory producing society’s future—what kind of product is your home making?

Under Intentional Parenting, we have: 

i. Intentional Dad – Equipping fathers with biblical principles and practical tools to lead their families with faith, love, and intentional discipleship.

ii. Intentional Mom – Equipping mothers to nurture their children’s faith through gospel-centered guidance, practical parenting skills, and spiritual mentorship.
